General Meetings

Our meetings will be both in-person and/or on Zoom. Many of our members live outside the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Please check either our homepage or “Future Meetings” (to the right on a computer or below on a phone.) Click here for our full schedule of upcoming meetings.

General meetings of the JGASGP are held approximately every three weeks, sometimes adjusting for Jewish holidays and other events.  Our general meetings feature outstanding speakers and recognized experts from all areas of Jewish genealogy, and are well-attended.  Please visit our website for the dates and times and places of our meetings.  Most general meetings are held on Sunday afternoons at one of the following locations:

Rodeph Shalom
8339 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 (Corner of Old York Road and Township Line Road) 410 Montgomery Ave. Wynnewood, PA 19096
(Corner of Montgomery Ave. and Penn Road)
615 North Broad Street
Philadelphia PA 19123
(N. Broad St. between Green and Mt. Vernon Street)

On some occasions, meetings will take place at other locations.
